The Roalden Set Menu is a three-course menu put together by the kitchen, based on seasonal ingredients and the best we have available.

The menu varies throughout the year, but is always based on northern Norwegian flavors – from the sea, mountains and plains.

Current menu is:

• Creamy fish soup with salmon, cod and shrimp

• Reindeer stew with mashed potatoes and lingonberries

• House cake and coffee

Every Sunday we invite you to a classic Sunday Roast – a warm and generous Sunday dinner with a focus on good ingredients and traditional flavors.

The type of meat varies according to season.
